Lemon Basil Sauce
This light, fresh sauce works well on fish, chicken, stirred into rice or quinoa, or tossed with angel hair pasta. Freeze in small containers for single use options.
• 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
• 1/2 cup loosely packed parsley leaves
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• salt and pepper to-taste
• 1/4 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
