Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

This is a great basic vinaigrette that’s good on all kinds of salads.
 
Ingredients:
 
•    3 oz. balsamic vinegar
•    2 tbs. olive oil
•    1 tbs. prepared Dijon mustard
 
Directions:
 
Combine vinegar and mustard with a whisk. Gradually pour the olive oil into the vinegar and mustard mixture, whisking until emulsified.
