Angeletti's

Ingredients:
 
•    Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
•    1/3 cups confectioners’ sugar
•    ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•    Lemon juice
•    Multi-color nonpareil sprinkles or colored sugar crystals for decoration
 
Directions:
 
Bake cookies according to package directions.
 
Combine confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and enough lemon juice to make the glaze thick, but pourable. Dip top of cookies in glaze. Sprinkle with nonpareils or colored sugar crystals.
